Booking
How do I book a place on a programme?
Open the programme, choose a date from the schedule beside it, and register. You will be asked for the delegate's details and your billing details, and you will get a registration reference you can check at any time.
See itWhen does registration close?
14 days before a programme starts. That window exists so joining instructions, pre work and materials reach people in time rather than the night before.
See itHow many people are in a cohort?
Capped by level: 14 on an executive programme, 18 on an advanced one, 22 otherwise. The cap is there so everybody in the room gets asked something.
See itCan I hold a place before I have approval to spend?
Ask an advisor. A provisional hold is agreed person to person rather than through the booking form, because a hold nobody has confirmed is not a hold.
See itHow do I check a registration I already made?
With the reference you were given. It shows the programme, the date, the city and the status without needing an account.
See itFees and payment
What does the fee include?
Tuition, programme materials and the certificate. Travel, accommodation and visas are arranged and paid for by the delegate, and are not included in any figure shown on this site.
Why does the same programme cost different amounts in different cities?
Because delivering it costs different amounts. Venue and local costs vary by city, so the fee published against each date is the fee for that date rather than an average.
See itCan I see fees in my own currency?
Yes, and the conversion is indicative only. Choose a currency in the footer and every fee shows an approximate amount beside the USD figure, converted at published European Central Bank reference rates with the date shown. GATI quotes, contracts and invoices in USD, and that is the amount you will be asked to pay.
How do I pay?
By card at registration, or by invoice for an organisation. An invoice carries its own reference and payment terms, and a place is confirmed when payment or an approved purchase order is received.
Is there a discount for sending several people?
Past a handful of delegates a private cohort is usually both cheaper and better suited, because the material can then be built around your organisation. Ask an advisor rather than booking several individual places.

What is the difference between classroom and live online?
The faculty, the material and the certificate are the same. Classroom is a capped cohort in a city; live online is the same programme taught live to a capped cohort remotely. Live online is not a recording and not a shortened version.
See itAre sessions recorded?
No. Delegates work on their own situations in the room, and a recording changes what people are willing to raise. Materials and anything produced during the programme are yours to keep.
How long is a programme day?
6 contact hours, so a five day programme is 30 hours and the certificate says so. That figure matters if an employer is reimbursing the cost or a professional body is counting the hours.
Locations
Which cities do programmes run in?
Every city with published dates is listed, and a city appears only once GATI has committed to delivering there. Nowhere is listed on the strength of an ambition.
See itCan a programme run in a city that is not listed?
As a private cohort, yes, including at your own premises. A public date in a new city appears on the calendar when it is real, not before.
See itDoes GATI arrange visas, flights or hotels?
No. GATI issues the documentation a delegate needs to support a visa application, such as confirmation of registration and payment, but does not act as a travel agent and does not guarantee any visa outcome.
Certificates
What does the certificate actually say?
What GATI measured. A certificate of completion requires 80 per cent of the programme attended; below that it records the days actually attended instead. It states the programme, the dates, the city and the contact hours.
See itHow does an employer check a certificate is genuine?
By its code, against GATI's own record, without an account and without asking GATI. A credential nobody outside can check is decoration, and it is usually the employer rather than the delegate who needs to check it.
See itI attended but did not get a certificate. Why?
Certificates are issued from the attendance register after the programme finishes. If the register shows you below the completion threshold you receive a certificate recording what you attended. If you believe the register is wrong, contact an advisor with your registration reference.

Can a programme be delivered privately?
Any programme in the catalogue can run for one organisation, on your dates, at your premises or online. A programme can also be written from scratch around a capability your people do not yet have.
See itHow does a corporate brief start?
By describing the gap rather than choosing a course title. The builder asks what your people cannot currently do, who they are and how many, and produces a brief an advisor can respond to.
See itWill you tell us if training is not the answer?
Yes. A gap caused by a broken process or an unclear standard does not respond to a course, and saying so costs less than running a programme that changes nothing.
See itChanges and cancellation
Can I send a colleague in my place?
Yes, at any point before the programme starts, at no charge. Tell an advisor the new delegate's details so the register and the certificate carry the right name.
See itWhat happens if GATI cancels or moves a programme?
You are told as early as the decision is made, and offered a transfer to another date or a full refund. GATI does not hold a fee against a programme it did not run.
What if I need to cancel?
Contact an advisor with your registration reference. Terms depend on how close to the start date the cancellation falls, and they are set out in the terms rather than decided case by case.
See itAbout GATI
Who leads the programmes?
Practitioners who have done the work. A trainer is confirmed when the dates are set and named on your joining instructions, and for a private programme you are told who will lead it before you commit.
See itWhy are there no testimonials or client logos on this site?
Because GATI cannot evidence any yet. A quote attributed to a named person, or a logo implying an organisation chose GATI, is a claim that person or organisation can deny, and in a tender they will be asked. Both appear when they are real.
See itHow do I get in touch?
Through the enquiry form, which reaches a training advisor. Ask about a programme, a private cohort, or something the catalogue does not cover.
