Certificate verification
Check a certificate against its record.
Enter the code printed on the certificate, or scan its code. No account, no sign in, and nothing is stored about your check.
What a check tells you
One of four answers, and they are deliberately different things. A certificate that cannot be found is not the same as a register that cannot be reached, and this page will never report the second as the first.
- Valid
- The code matches a certificate on GATI's register, and the record is shown.
- Withdrawn
- The certificate was issued and has since been revoked. The record still appears, marked, because somebody checking needs to see what it said.
- No such certificate
- No record matches that code. Either it was mistyped or the certificate did not come from GATI.
- Cannot check right now
- The register could not be reached. This is not a verdict on the certificate, and telling an employer a genuine one is invalid would be far worse than telling them to try again.
