About
An institute built around what people cannot yet do.
GATI designs and delivers professional training, executive education and specialised capability development for organisations and professionals operating in a changing world.
How we work
- 01
Diagnose
We start from the capability gap, not from a course list. What can your people not currently do, and what does that cost?
- 02
Design
The programme is built backwards from the change you want to observe afterwards. That decides content, duration and format, in that order.
- 03
Deliver
Delegates work on their own material rather than case studies, so what they leave with is usable immediately.
- 04
Apply
Every programme ends with something written: a plan, a standard, a test programme. Not notes.
- 05
Measure
The measure is whether the observable change happened, agreed at the design stage rather than invented afterwards.
What we will not claim
A training provider is only as good as the things it refuses to overstate. GATI publishes no trainer who is not booked, no venue it does not deliver in, and no date that has not been confirmed.
Where something is not yet established, this site says so rather than filling the space. That is deliberate, and it is the same standard applied to every claim we make to a client.
Every certificate is checkable
A GATI certificate carries a code that anybody can verify against GATI's own record, without an account and without asking us. A credential nobody can check is decoration.
Check a certificateAttendance is recorded, not assumed
Certificates are issued from a register taken in the room, day by day. A delegate who attended four days of five has a certificate that says four days of five.
How GATI worksPublished dates are real dates
Every date on this site is bookable in a city GATI has committed to delivering in. Nowhere is listed on the strength of an ambition, and the locations page names the cities that are not yet published.
Where we deliverNo claim we cannot substantiate
You will not find a delegate count, a client logo or a testimonial anywhere on this site that GATI cannot evidence. When it can, they appear with dates and reference numbers.
