What we collect, and what we do not.
Short, because there is not much to say. This site runs no advertising trackers and no third party analytics, and it counts visits without a cookie and without keeping your address.
01What this site collects
Only what you type into a form. An enquiry or a training brief carries your name, email address, and whatever else you choose to add. Nothing else about your visit is recorded to identify you.
02How visits are counted
GATI counts how many pages are read so it knows which programmes people are looking for. No cookie is set and your address is never stored: it is combined with your browser's description and a secret that changes every midnight, and only the resulting code is kept. Two pages you read an hour apart can be counted as one visit; the same pages tomorrow cannot be linked to today, by us or by anybody who obtained the records. What is stored alongside it is the page address without anything after the question mark, and the name of the site you arrived from, never the page on it. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing at all is recorded.
03What it does not collect
No advertising trackers, no third party analytics, no cross site profiling, and no cookies for marketing. Nothing about your visit leaves GATI. Programmes you save and the currency you choose to view are stored in your own browser and never reach us.
04Cookies this site does set
Two, and only when you sign in. gati_portal holds a delegate portal session and gati_admin holds an administrator session. Both are strictly necessary to keep you signed in, both are httpOnly so no script can read them, both expire on their own, and neither is used to track you across sites or to build a profile. Browse the site without signing in and it sets no cookies at all.
05Why it is collected
To answer you. An enquiry is used to respond to that enquiry and to carry the conversation forward if you want training. It is not sold, rented or shared with anybody for their own marketing.
06How long it is kept
An enquiry is kept while it is live and for as long afterwards as is needed to answer questions about the engagement. You can ask for it to be deleted at any point.
07Your rights
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us and we will do it, and we will tell you when it is done.
08Certificate verification
The verification page returns only what a certificate already states: the delegate name, the programme, and the completion date. Verification results are not indexed by search engines and carry a no-referrer policy.
Who is responsible
Global Axis Training (Pty) Ltd is the responsible party for the personal information described on this page, established in South Africa at 250 Beyers Naude Drive, Rustenburg, North West, 2999, South Africa. Requests under this notice, including a request to see or delete what is held about you, should go to info@globalaxistraining.co.za, and are answered by a person rather than a form.
