How executive sessions differ

Short and senior

3 to 5 days rather than a week, at 6 contact hours a day. Built for people whose diary is the binding constraint.

Built on a live decision

Delegates bring something they are actually deciding and leave having moved it forward, rather than working a case study about an organisation nobody is accountable to.

Small cohorts

Capped at 14, against 22 on a standard programme. Small enough that nobody sits at the back and that disagreement is possible.
