Why there is no password
A delegate attends a programme once or twice a year and will not remember a password for it. A password would mean a reset flow, a stored credential worth stealing and a support queue, in exchange for nothing: what actually needs proving is that you control the address the registration was made with, and a link to that address proves exactly that.
If a colleague booked for you
The portal shows registrations made with the address you sign in with. Where a training manager booked on your behalf under their own address, the booking sits under theirs. An advisor can move it to yours, which is usually what you want before the certificate is issued.
